What does a stay cost?
Rates are based on 4 adults. Additional guests (from age 18) are charged separately. Final cleaning and bed linen are always included.
High season
- July & August
- Minimum stay: 1 week
- 15% discount from the 2nd week
- Base rate for 4 adults

Additional guests (from age 18): €25 per person per day
Low season
- Outside July & August
- Minimum stay: 5 nights
- 15% discount for a week or longer
- Base rate for 4 adults

Payment options
You can choose between two payment options:
- Full amount up front when booking
- 50% deposit when booking, balance 1 month before arrival
Payment is made by bank transfer. Once the deposit has been received, you will get a confirmation and all practical information. Please note: your reservation is only confirmed after approval by email.
Cancellation policy
- Up to 2 months before arrival: free cancellation
- Between 3 weeks and 2 months: 50% of the total price
- Within 3 weeks of arrival: cancellation not possible
